Staybridge Suites St. Catharines Conf Ctr, an IHG Hotel

I had absolutely no problem whatsoever in getting my coffee maker changed out to what I had pods for. From the front desk staff all the way to house keeping and maintenance, exceptional, curtious and helpful. Their objective was the satisfaction of their guests. The place was full of competitors crazy busy, the staff was not phased in the least. Their game was in full view. Thank you. 5 stars plus!

Trip was our 45 th Wedding Anniversary .Stayed there before,Love the hotel, staff were polite and curious,facilities are great.
