I had absolutely no problem whatsoever in getting my coffee maker changed out to what I had pods for. From the front desk staff all the way to house keeping and maintenance, exceptional, curtious and helpful. Their objective was the satisfaction of their guests. The place was full of competitors crazy busy, the staff was not phased in the least. Their game was in full view. Thank you. 5 stars plus!

We were a group of friends travelling to the area to visit our friend who retired there. Our suite was practical and very comfy. Zero noise issue.
